1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

✅ Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

❌ The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

❌ The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

❌ The product is returned without original tags or packaging.

❌ Size issues where the correct size was delivered as ordered.

3. Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number.
  3. Send clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Our support team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are covered by us only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • For other approved returns/exchanges, shipping charges may apply.
